Spinach And Tomato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh spinach
    1 c. oil
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1/3 c. catsup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    1 tomato, chopped
    4 slices crisp-fried bacon, crumbled
Preparation
    Wash spinach; drain.
    Combine oil and vinegar in mixer bowl; beat for 3 to 5 minutes or until well blended.
    Add sugar, onion, catsup, salt and Worcestershire sauce.
    Beat well.
    Combine spinach, eggs, tomato and bacon in large bowl.
    Add desired amount of dressing; toss to mix.
    Dressing will keep well in refrigerator. Yield:
    6 servings.
