Strawberry-Rhubarb Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. rhubarb pieces
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    1 (16 oz.) frozen strawberries
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine in saucepan:
    rhubarb pieces, 1 1/2 cups sugar, tapioca, 1/8 teaspoon salt and cinnamon.
    Wait 5 minutes, then add strawberries (thawed).
    Bring mixture to boiling.
    Cook until thick, about 6 minutes.
    Pour into greased 2-quart casserole.
