Mock Whipped Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. milk
1/3 c. shortening
1/4 c. oleo
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

In large bowl, combine all ingredients.
Turn the mixer at low speed; as blending takes place, increase speed to high.
Whip 5 to 8 minutes or until whipped cream consistency.
