Taco Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 green pepper
    1 large onion
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can water
    1 tsp. chili powder
    pepper
    1 can whole corn and liquid (can use Mexican)
    1/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. corn meal
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until light brown.
    Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese; return to oven to melt cheese.
