Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. chopped nuts or raisins or 1 c. each
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease two 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans. Sift flour into a large bowl.
    Beat eggs and add with rest of ingredients to the flour in large bowl.
    Mix well, making sure all the zucchini and flour is mixed into the batter.
    Keep mixing for several minutes.
    Pour into greased pans and bake in preheated oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Let cool in pans on cookie racks and store in plastic wrap in freezer, if desired.
    Freezes well.
