Mexican Bahita'S - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. beef, chicken or pork, boned
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
2 Tbsp. orange juice
2 Tbsp. vinegar
dash of hot sauce
1 Tbsp. oil
1 medium onion, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
4 flour tortillas
Preparation

Slice meat across grain 1/8 inch thick.
Marinate in mixture of garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, orange juice, vinegar and hot pepper sauce for 10 minutes.
Stir-fry meat in oil in hot skillet until done.
The last couple of minutes add the onion and pepper. When meat is done and onion and pepper are of desired tenderness, wrap in tortillas.
Place cheese over the top and bake in 400\u00b0 oven until melted.
Garnish with lettuce, green onion tops, tomatoes or salsa.
