Sour Cream Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced potatoes
    1 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 small onion, sliced
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 c. sour cream
    minced parsley
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients and cook together for 15 minutes. Add cream and cook until potatoes are tender.
    Serve hot.
    Garnish with parsley.
