Sweet Potatoes With Marshmallows - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 can sweet potatoes, mashed
1 c. sugar
dash of salt
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 egg
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. orange extract

Preparation

To these ingredients, add enough milk to make a batter; beat. Place in a baking dish and bake to consistency of a custard.
Put marshmallows on top and brown the last few minutes of baking. Bake at 325\u00b0.
