Ham Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground ham
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chopped celery
1/2 tsp. salt
2 beaten eggs
1 c. milk
1 small can tomato sauce
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Mix sauce ingredients well.
Pour over ham ball to cover.
Bake for 45 minutes in a 325\u00b0 oven.
