Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 c. syrup
    1 c. catsup
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. horseradish
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. hot sauce
    1/2 (12 oz.) can beer
Preparation
    Melt butter in medium saucepan.
    Add onion and garlic; cook until onion
    is tender.
    Add remaining ingredients; simmer 10 minutes or until thick.
    Add to 5 pounds cooked cold ribs and heat.
