Elk Green Chili Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. elk ground meat
1 large onion
4 bulbs garlic
2 (18 oz.) cans green chilies
1 (24 oz.) can tomatoes
2 (16 oz.) cans chicken broth
Preparation

Fry meat (elk) in oil.
Chop onion and garlic.
Add to cooked meat.
Add chili and mix well.
You can use frozen or roasted fresh green chilies, whichever you desire.
