Ingredients

1 pt. blueberries
1 Tbsp. maple syrup
2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
Preparation

Place berries and syrup in saucepan.
Add gelatin dissolved in water.
Bring to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 6 to 8 minutes. Pour into jar.
Cool and refrigerate.
