Stuffing Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkgs frozen spinach, cooked, well-drained, and chopped
    1 med. onion, chopped fine
    2 c. seasoned stuffing
    3/4 c. margarine, softened
    1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Cook onion with spinach.
    Drain well.
    Chop spinach.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Chill several hours.
    Roll into balls.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Bake 10 -15 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until golden brown. Or roll into ball and freeze, or bake balls and freeze.
    Makes 50 balls.
    Do not thaw to bake or heat.
