Pineapple Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans chunky pineapple, drained
    6 Tbsp. plain flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients together.
    Top with crushed Ritz crackers.
    Pour one stick melted butter over the crackers.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
