Ham And Lima Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen lima beans
    2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 c. chopped red onion
    1/2 c. finely chopped cooked ham
    1/3 c. chopped ripe olives
    1/4 c. snipped parsley
    1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimiento, drained
    1/3 c. tarragon or white wine vinegar
    1/4 c. olive or salad oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook lima beans according to package directions; drain.
    Rinse with cold water; drain again.
    In a mixing bowl, combine mushrooms, onion, ham, olives, parsley and pimiento.
