Strawberry Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 small pkg. strawberry-banana jello
    1 c. boiling water plus 1/4 c.
    1 can crushed pineapple (include juice)
    1/4 c. sugar plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pt. strawberries, washed and sliced
    1 mashed banana
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix the ingredients together.
    Save a few strawberries to garnish the mold.
    Place in refrigerator until it's the consistency of jelly.
    Remove; add 1/2 pint of sour cream which has been beaten for 4 to 5 minutes.
    Blend and serve with fresh strawberries.
