Flitters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 c. flour
    water
    butter
Preparation
    Mix flour and water until not too thick or too thin.
    Heat butter in skillet on stove until melted.
    Pour batter in hot pan (enough for pancake).
    Check for brownness; flip and brown that side.
    Remove from pan and put in plate.
    Put on butter and syrup. Eat until gone.
    (If black, throw away and try again.)
