Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Ro-Tel chili tomatoes
1 small can Pet milk
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 stick oleo
1 large chicken, cooked and diced
1 large pkg. taco-flavored chips
Preparation

Butter a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Saute onion and pepper in oleo.
Add to mixture of soup, tomatoes and milk.
Crumble chips before opening bag.
Put 1/3 of chips in the dish, then 1 layer of chicken, soup mixture and cheese.
Repeat ending with chips and cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
