Sour Cream Apple Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. nuts
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    2 c. peeled apples, finely chopped
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients in mixing bowl; blend. Measure out 2
    3/4 cups of this mixture and press into a
    9 x 13 inch pan. Combine remaining crumb mixture with remaining ingredients. Mix well and spoon over crust. Bake at 350 for 25 to 35 minutes. Serve hot with ice cream or cold with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
