Ingredients

1 lb. chicken breast or thick pork chops
1 (20 oz.) can sliced pineapple (juice packed)
1/2 c. Dijon mustard
1/2 c. honey
Preparation

Season chicken or pork with salt and pepper.
Saute until golden.
Drain pineapple and reserve juice.
Blend juice, mustard and honey.
Pour over meat.
Allow to simmer 30 minutes.
Top with pineapple.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Thicken sauce with cornstarch, if desired.
