Chili-Ghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 clove garlic (2 is better)
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    2 1/2 c. tomatoes or 1 pt. home canned
    2 (15 oz.) cans beanless chili with meat (4 c.)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked
    3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese (I use more)
Preparation
    In large skillet, melt butter and brown garlic, onion and beef.
    Drain off excess fat, then add tomatoes and chili.
    Simmer for about 45 minutes.
