Pineapple Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium carrots, sliced diagonally
    1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
    1 c. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Cook carrots in boiling water until tender, then drain. Drain liquid from pineapple tidbits. Combine pineapple juice, orange juice, cornstarch, salt and cinnamon. Cook until thickened. Add pineapple tidbits and carrots, warm. Serves 8.
