Apple Pie Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. oleo
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 1/2 c. diced apples
2 Tbsp. hot water
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cream the sugar and oleo.
Mix in egg. Add dry ingredients and mix. Stir in nuts, apples, water and vanilla. Bake in greased 9-inch pie pan or 1-quart casserole at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serve slightly warm with whipped cream.
