Dock Jim(Korean Steamed Chicken) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chicken (whole or parts)
    1 3/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt (less if using very salty soy sauce)
    1/8 tsp. dried, ground chili pepper
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. chopped scallions
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 1/2 Tbsp. ground sesame seed
Preparation
    Cook chicken in water, salt and chili pepper in pressure cooker, 25 minutes at 10 pounds.
    Drain meat; reserve broth.
    Cut meat from bones; reserve.
    Reheat broth.
    Mix soy sauce and flour; stir into boiling broth until thickened.
    Add chicken, scallions, garlic and seeds.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Serve over rice.
    Serves 4.
