Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 sticks butter
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    5 Tbsp. water
    1/4 c. sugar (if desired)
Preparation
    In a large bowl, put flour; cut in butter.
    Add sugar.
    Beat egg, vinegar and water; add to flour and butter.
    Form into a ball. Will make 3 pie crusts.
