Chicken Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch wide strips
    6 to 8 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    1 Tbsp. oregano, crush with fingers
    3 to 4 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    approximately 8 drops hot pepper sauce or to taste
    juice of 1 fresh lime (optional)
    1 green pepper, cut into strips
    1 large sweet onion, sliced
Preparation
    Heat a large, heavy skillet and then add the chicken strips (no additional oil needed), green pepper and onion.
    Stir-fry until chicken is lightly browned and veggies are crisp-tender.
    (I sometimes cook the chicken and veggies separately.)
