Yogurt Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2/3 c. plain yogurt
2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp. minced flat leaf parsley
salt
white pepper
Preparation

Stir mustard, salt and white pepper to taste.
Add lemon juice; stir well to dissolve.
Blend all ingredients.
Mix in yogurt until thoroughly incorporated, then vigorously stir in oil. Sprinkle parsley over top.
Cover and chill for 30 minutes.
