Broccoli And Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. canola oil
    1 chopped onion
    1 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    3 c. skim milk
    2 cans chicken broth
    extra wide egg noodles
    1 minced clove garlic
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a saucepan, saute onion in oil.
    Add chicken broth.
    Bring to a boil. Put in 2 handfuls of noodles.
    Cook 3 minutes uncovered.
