Chicken Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 skinless and boned chicken breasts
    1 pkg. fajita mix
    1 large green bell pepper, sliced
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 large carrots, chopped
    1/4 c. oil
    1/4 c. water
    1 doz. flour tortillas
Preparation
    Cut chicken into strips and cook in frying pan.
    Set chicken aside.
    Cook vegetables in 1/4 cup oil until soft.
    Drain vegetables.
    Add water and fajita mix to vegetables.
    Mix well. Add cooked chicken.
    Cook until mixture is mixed together well and hot.
    Put mixture onto warmed tortillas.
    Serves 6 people 2 each.
