2 Large Loaves Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 c. white flour
    3 c. bread flour
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. very warm water
    1 tsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. hot water
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in very warm water, 1 teaspoon flour and 1 teaspoon sugar.
    Wait 5 minutes.
    Make a well in the 12 cups of flour.
    Pour in yeast mixture with some flour for a soft dough. Add 4 cups hot water.
    Work dough with hand.
    Cover and let rise to double in size, 1 to 2 hours.
    Punch down dough and knead 8 minutes.
    Let rise until double in size again.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Brush with hot water just before it comes out of the oven.
    Makes 2 large loaves.
