Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen cauliflower, broccoli and asparagus
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 c. Velveeta cheese
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 (2.8 oz.) jar pimento
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. onions
    1/2 c. bell pepper
    3/4 stick butter
    1 can Durkee French fried onions
Preparation
    Saute onions and bell pepper in butter.
    Mix all ingredients, except 1/3 cheese and 1/2 can French fried onions.
    Pour in a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until vegetables are done.
    Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
