Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 oz. pkg. cooked salad shrimp
    1 c. brown rice
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
Preparation
    Cook brown rice according to package directions.
    Combine cooked rice, bell pepper, onion and celery.
    Make dressing with 1 teaspoon curry, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.
    Stir in salad.
    Refrigerate until cold.
