Zucchini Bread(The Best Ever!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. salad oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. raisins
    2 c. grated zucchini
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients until well blended except raisins, nuts and zucchini.
    Add these ingredients and blend well.
    Grease and flour two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
    Divide batter between the 2 pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let cool in pans for 10 minutes.
    Remove from pans and continue cooling on a rack. Freezes well and makes great gifts!
