Baked Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium cooking apples
    2 Tbsp. raisins
    2 Tbsp. chopped pecans
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. maple syrup
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Core apples.
    Peel top third of each.
    Place in shallow baking dish.
    Combine
    raisins,\tpecans and
    cinnamon.
    Fill cavities of\tapples\twith
    mixture.\tPour
    maple
    syrup
    over apples.
    Top each
    with 1 tablespoon butter.
    Pour water into bottom of\tdish. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes. Serves 2.
