Chicken And Wild Rice Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 oz. wild rice (approximately 5 c. cooked rice)
4 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
3/8 c. water
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans mushroom soup
7 c. chicken broth
2 c. chopped celery
1 2/3 c. chopped onions
1 2/3 c. chopped carrots
1 heaping tsp. chopped garlic
3/8 c. margarine
3 1/8 c. kale
3 heaping tsp. beef base
1 1/2 lb. chopped chicken
Preparation

Cook vegies in chicken stock until soft (keep covered to reduce evaporation of broth).
Add cooked rice.
Add water and cornstarch (premixed).
Add other ingredients and heat.
