Ingredients

5 (1 oz. each) sq. semi-sweet chocolate
2 (1 oz. each) sq. unsweetened chocolate
3 Tbsp. strong coffee
6 eggs
3 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. light rum
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. water
2 c. heavy or whipping cream
Preparation

In small saucepan, combine chocolates and coffee.
Heat over low heat until chocolates are melted.
Cool.
In a large mixer bowl, beat eggs and yolks on high speed 10 minutes.
Add sugar and beat until shiny, 5 minutes.
Add melted chocolates, rum and vanilla.
Beat just until thoroughly blended.
