Island Fruit Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans pineapple chunks (reserve juice)
    4 bananas, cut in 1/2-inch slices
    2 avocados, cut in 1/2-inch squares
    2 papayas, cut in 1/2-inch squares
    papaya seed dressing (for dipping)
Preparation
    Sprinkle slices of banana, avocado and papaya in lemon juice to coat.
    Alternate the fruit on 5 to 7-inch skewers.
    Stick skewers in a pineapple with top intact or serve on a plate garnished with greens.
    Serve with bowl of homemade or bottled papaya seed dressing.
