Irish Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 medium potatoes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 stick margarine
1 tsp. garlic salt, onion salt or plain salt
Preparation

Cook potatoes and mash.
Add margarine, cream cheese, sour cream and salt.
Beat until combined.
Put in buttered ovenproof bowl or 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
