Chocolate Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 sticks oleo
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. water
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk

Preparation

Mix the flour, sugar, soda and salt.
Bring to a rapid boil the oleo, cocoa and water.
Pour over the dry ingredients while hot; stir well and add the buttermilk, eggs and vanilla.
Bake in a large cookie sheet with sides and bottom, greased and floured, at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Cook the icing while the cake is baking.
Put on while the cake and icing are hot.
