Ingredients

beets
2 c. vinegar
2 c. water
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Boil beets until tender.
When cool enough to handle beets, remove skin and short tops.
Slice and pack in warm jars.
Boil together vinegar, water, sugar and cinnamon; pour over sliced beets and seal.
