Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped, frozen spinach, thawed and drained (can squeeze with paper towel)
    1 pkg. Mrs. Grass vegetable soup mix
    1 c. light mayonnaise
    1 c. light sour cream
    1 can chopped water chestnuts
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and chill for 2 hours.
