Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken, cut into serving sizes
3 Tbsp. catsup
3 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. water
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. margarine
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of Texas Pete
1 tsp. salt
juice of 1 lemon
Preparation

Cook sauce on top of the stove (bring to a boil).
Let the mixture cool.
Dip each piece of chicken into the sauce and place in pan lined with aluminum foil.
Cover with foil and bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours or until tender.
