Sweet Potatoes And Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 uncooked sweet potatoes
dash of salt
1 lb. ham, cut in serving pieces
1 1/2 c. sliced apples
1 c. hot water

Preparation

Peel and slice in 1/4-inch slices the sweet potatoes.
Place in baking dish.
Cover with ham and then cover with apples and sprinkle brown sugar over all.
Pour hot water over all.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until potatoes are done.
