Chicken Pillows - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breasts, halved
4 thin slices ham
4 Tbsp. Italian bread crumbs
3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 stick margarine
1/4 c. cooking wine
Preparation

Pound chicken breasts with meat pounder until flat and about the same thickness.
Lay a slice of ham on each one.
Divide cheese and place on top of ham.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon bread crumbs on top of each.
Roll chicken from wide end.
Fasten with toothpick.
Place in casserole dish.
In a small pan, melt margarine and add cooking wine.
Pour this over chicken pieces. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
