Corn Light Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cornmeal
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    3 Tbsp. melted bacon fat
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients.
    Add buttermilk and melted fat.
    Pour into a greased loaf pan.
    Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes at 300\u00b0.
