Sandy'S Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can creamed corn
2 eggs, beaten
1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
1 cube margarine
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 pt. sour cream
Preparation

Mix the first 4 ingredients and pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Saute margarine, onion and pepper.
Stir in and pour over corn mixture the sour cream.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Shred Cheddar cheese; sprinkle over top and bake 10 minutes more.
