Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen Ore-Ida hash brown potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small onion
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated Colby or Monterey Jack cheese
    1 1/2 c. corn flakes
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    You may de-ice potatoes in microwave or at room temperature (do not thaw).
    Mix all ingredients and pour into a large baking dish.
    Top with melted butter and corn flakes.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Good for breakfast or dinner.
