Cherry Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Sugar
    1 Egg
    1 Tbsp. Butter
    1 c. Flour
    1 tsp. Baking Soda
    1/2 c. Nuts
    1 c. Well Drained Sour Cherries
Preparation
    Cream the sugar, egg and butter.
    Add the flour, baking soda and sugar.
    Stir well.
    Add nuts and cherries.
    Pour into a buttered pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serve topped with whipped cream.
    Serves 8.
