Baked Lima Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. large dried lima beans
    1/2 c. light brown sugar
    1 small onion, cut up
    1/2 tsp. jar mustard
    1 Tbsp. molasses
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 lb. salt pork, cut up
    1 Tbsp. ketchup
Preparation
    Soak beans overnight.
    Pour off water and cover with fresh water.
    Cook until tender.
    Add sugar, mustard, molasses, salt, pepper, onion, salt pork and ketchup.
    Bake in slow oven (300\u00b0) for about 3 hours.
