Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 tart apples, diced
12 oz. pkg. butterscotch morsels, divided
Preparation

Mix sugar, eggs and oil.
Sift in flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Mix well.
Add apples, nuts and 1/2 of butterscotch morsels.
Pour into greased and floured 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.
Sprinkle remaining butterscotch morsels over the top.
Bake 1 hour or until brown at 325\u00b0.
